After you have registered as a 'First Timer', for a separate purchase, or for the Annual Plan, choose your start date below. We will then send your 5 Day Fast kit to your home address.

Participate more than 3 times in a year?
With an annual plan you choose a 5 Day Fast date 3 times a year. Do you have an annual plan and do you want to participate more than 3 times? No problem. Just register for a date and we will contact you.
