How much weight can I lose?

Does everyone get the same food and supplements at 5 Day Fast, regardless of their weight?
Yes, with 5 Day Fast everyone gets exactly the same amount of food and, with the exception of one supplement (this supplement is based on weight), the same (amounts of) supplements, regardless of whether someone weighs 55 kg or 120 kg.
